Bent Wrist Strike

How to do a Bent Wrist Strike in the Martial Arts

This strike is formed by following the steps below:

Formed simply by bending the hand forward exposing the upper part of the wrist.

Striking surface is the top part of a bent wrist. The attack is Linear and circular.

Like weapons, the Ninja warrior practitioner takes advantage of all possibilities in a situation. If the hand is cut or damaged this strike can be appropriate.

Primary striking areas are the throat, groin, nose, temple, solar plexus

ATTACK
Linear, Circular

PRIMARY AREA
Neck, Groin, Ribs

Applications:

  • If you are in a lower position, coming up into groin, chin etc.
  • Hand/Fingers damaged
