How to perform the Nunchaku Reverse Arm Catch
Now let’s work on the nunchaku reverse arm catch. How we do that? We swing down, bring the stick back behind the arm, and into your hand. You want to make sure that you’re not swinging the stick at too much of an angle or you’ll hit yourself in the back of the head. So again, get yourself some foam rubber nunchaku to practice this move. To move into the reverse arm catch you can start from a figure 8 motion and then behind the arm – catch.
