His routine always included static stretching for at least 15 minutes while watching Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee movies or reading books on Ninjutsu.

The easy to use wheel adjustment allows you to increase the stretch while also being able to decrease or release the static position.

You can stretch for 5 minutes or longer with the Static Leg Stretcher. It allows you to adjust as much as 180 Degrees.
